Warranty

If a problem occurs and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, ROLLAER will, in its discretion, either replace or refund the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.

In the unlikely event you have an issue with your purchase, please read on:

• Our warranty is valid for 5-years from the purchase date.
• Our warranty is only valid through ROLLAER along with proof of purchase.
• Without proof of purchase the guarantee is void.
• Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects only.
• Accidental damage, damage during transit and damage due to general wear and tear are not covered by our guarantee.

Our 5-year warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage.
• Damage during transit.
• General wear and tear or neglect.
• Abrasions.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Damage caused by but not limited to: exposure to water, beauty products, chemicals, solvents or acid.
• Damage to contents.
• Deliberate damage.
• Overloading or mishandling.
• Defacing.
• Incorrectly setting the lock or using the lock incorrectly, inappropriately or forcing the lock open.
• If your product has been discontinued since purchase, the latest comparative model will be substituted.

Our warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the product and valid only for orders purchased at www.rollaer.com. If your product was purchased from another retailer, any claims are at the discretion of the original retailer where the item was purchased and is subject to their own returns policy.
