We are currently delivering to Ireland, most of mainland Europe and the United Kingdom.
All orders are shipped with An Post (Ireland). For orders to the EU and United Kingdom last mile delivery is handled by a local carrier.

Typically orders arrive within the below timeframes -
- Ireland 2-3 working days
- Europe 5-7 working days
- United Kingdom 5-7 working days

If your tracking has not updated, or you haven't received your order by this time please contact us.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse partner in Ireland.
All of our orders are shipped with An Post (Ireland). Standard delivery costs are as below.
- €6.85 for Ireland
- €25.00 for all other European countries
- €12.00 for the United Kingdom

Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
You can track your order via the Tracking page on our site HERE.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We ask that you return all items back to us unused, in the same condition they were received, with their original packaging.
Please contact customer support for return address details and an authorisation number.
The cost to return is at the customers expense, and we recommend you use a tracked service. If you decide to return your order we are unable to refund the delivery costs.
Receiving your refund can take up to 10 working days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Items must be returned for a full refund (less shipping cost), and then the alternative choice re-ordered.
Our Rollaer Cabin Suitcases come with a 5 year warranty against manufacturing faults.
If you believe your suitcase has a fault, please contact customer support with the details.
If the fault is deemed to be a production issue and not general wear and tear, we will replace the suitcase or offer a refund at our discretion.
If your order arrives with any damage to the product itself, please take photos of the damage including the outer carton and contact customer support right away.
We will discuss with you the best course of action for returning and replacing the order.
Your case comes with a worldwide renowned Travel Sentry® Approved (TSA) lock.
You will find a card with instructions inside your suitcase. If that card is lost you can visit HERE for instructions.
