1. When will the Rollaer Cabin Suitcases be available?
Rollaer Cabin Suitcases will be available as from October 2024. We will have a limited number of cases available for purchase and immediate delivery as from 9th September 2024.
2. Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your pre-order before the item is shipped. Please contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will assist you with any changes you need to make.
3. How do I order?
Use the product page to purchase the Rollaer Cabin Suitcase of your choice. If the choice is unavailable, you can email us for pre-order information ahead of the general release.
4. How much is shipping?
We ship with An Post in Ireland and the costs are for shipping are €6.85 for Ireland, €25 for all other EU countries and €12 for anywhere in the UK.
5. Where will my order ship from?
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse partner in Ireland.
6. How long will delivery take?
We use An Post for deliveries in Ireland, the EU and the UK. Most deliveries will be Next Day, however we ask to allow for 2-3 working days.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
8. Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. We ask that you please return all items back to us unused, in the same condition they were received, with their original packaging.
Please contact customer support for return address details and an authorisation number.
The cost to return is at the customers expense, and we recommend you use a tracked service.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Items must be returned for a full refund, and then the alternative choice re-ordered.
10. Do you offer a warranty?
Our Rollaer Cabin Suitcases come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If you believe your suitcase has a fault, please contact customer support with the details. If the fault is deemed to be a production issue and not general wear and tear, we will replace the suitcase or offer a refund at our discretion.
